The 2008 Dodge Challenger concept
For most classic car enthusiasts, the new 2007-2008 Dodge Challenger concept car might currently resemble the closest thing to going back in time. In my opinion it resembles it’s classic ancestor the 70’s era Challenger much better than any other car manufacturer has recently done in the area of retro styling. If this car sparks your interest, you might also want to check out Chevy’s rival the 2008 Camaro which will probably be produced around the same time.

As you can see the car is absolutely beautiful. Following the curved body lines of it’s original 70’s ancestor.
I think the rear of the car looks even better than the classic Dodge Challenger.
They even did well with the retro dash setup (although I would prefer the rally dash 
)

The new Challenger will include the all famous now refined HEMI engine.
It has been announced that the 2008 Dodge Challenger will feature a still in development HEMI 6.4 liter version (a record 392 cubic inches), engineered to generate 505 horsepower! Does it get any better?
I’m looking forward to investing in one of these cars should they be produced. It’s been said that they will produce a limited quantity in 2008. Only time will tell.
Update: It’s official – The first 2008 Dodge Challenger production car will be introduced 02/06/2008

Back in “The days” I had a ‘71 Challenger RT and I should have hung on to it. I have a ‘68 GTO and a few other cars but this NEW Challenger WILL be mine and it will hold a position of “TOP DAWG” within the cars I own! Tell DODGE that I’m not so patiently waiting for this new one to hit the streets!

Who doesn’t love classic cars? Seems everybody does and hollywood has jumped on the bandwagon too. You see them in just about every movie and TV show now.

Anybody who’s a fan of muscle is going to love this. Regardless if their a FORD man, DODGE man, or a CHEVY man. And if they don’t then their not real muscle car fans

Never been a Mopar fan, but they may have hit a hiime run with this one, I wish the GTO would get the idea.
